This is a ladies' dress watch with Japanese quartz movement, chronograph featuring 60-minute, 1/20-second and continuous seconds subdials.   It features polished, silver-tone dauphine hands with luminous accents and chronograph sweep seconds, polished silver-tone hands mark subdials and genuine diamond hour markers.  Black numbers with indices mark subdials, luminescent hour markers and black indices form surrounding minute track.  The analog date aperture is at three o'clock, on the white, mother-of-pearl dial with polished silver-tone logo applique, also at three o'clock.  

Additionally,  the polished, silver-tone stainless steel bracelet with gleaming white ceramic inserts has adjustable links and a push-button-clasp.
